Solid wood, metal-framed glass, and reclaimed lumber doors can become heavy quickly.

Choose the Right Track Configuration
A single track with one sliding door is the most common configuration, but it is not the only option. The layout of the opening and surrounding wall should guide the decision.

The track holds the door up, but the floor guide controls its movement at the bottom. Without a guide, the door can swing away from the wall during use.
