All orders have a return policy of 14 days from delivery. A 15% restocking fee is added to all returns. If you would like to read our entire policy, you can find it here.

Once you order has been paid, you have a small window where we can cancel your order before it processes. If the order has been processed, we cannot make any changes to the order or cancel it. If you need further help on orders placed, please contact us at orders@rightsethardware.com

Yes! All of our manufactures that we carry offer a warranty for your item. Certain warranties are longer than others but almost 100% of our brands have a minimum 1 year limited warranty and can extend up to 5 years.

Yes! We can ship to just about anywhere. Please note that before placing an order, we strongly urge you to contact us to get a full quote on shipping charges as items may include customs & duties that you will be responsible for prior to receiving your products.
